Jennifer Aniston and Drew Barrymore joined forces to support their frequent onscreen leading man Adam Sandler as he was honored with the 24th Annual Mark Twain Prize for American Humor at The Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. on Sunday.

The 56-year-old Frat Packer - who sported a burly beard - cleaned up well in a black baggy suit and necktie as he accepted the distinguished honor, and the star-studded ceremony airs next Sunday on CNN.

And the San Fernando Valley natives weren't alone as Adam's wife Jacqueline Titone, whom he kissed on the cheek onstage during the festivities.

Sandler and the 48-year-old Daddy Daughter Trip actress will impressively celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary on June 22.

The Brooklyn-born comedian and Jackie - who met on the 1998 set of his comedy Big Daddy where she played a waitress - are proud parents of 16-year-old daughter Sadie Madison and 14-year-old daughter Sunny Madeline.

'What a nice night! I never expected anything like this. Nobody did,' Adam said at the Night Before Dinner on Saturday to uproarious laughter.

'But it's not something we thought of in our life. But the fact that it happened and I get to say this for the rest of my life and I do have a lot of people on the street now coming up to me. They're going, "Yeah, Mark Twain, Sandman." I'm like, "Okay!" I didn't know that was going to happen so it's cool as hell.'

Meanwhile, 54-year-old Jen and 48-year-old Drew - both glammed up in not-so-basic black attire - have co-starred with Adam in three films, respectively.

Aniston and Sandler collaborated on Dennis Dugan's 2011 rom-com Just Go with It, Kyle Newacheck's 2020 who-done-it Murder Mystery, and Jeremy Garelick's sequel Murder Mystery 2 streaming March 31 on Netflix.
